One we have never seen before! This Dr. Seuss WWII poster is out of Fort Monroe of Virginia and seems to have been exclusive to that base. Its purpose is to encourage those on the base to buy war bonds! The squander bug was originally created by the British National Savings Committee to help stop wasteful spending in war time. Later adopted by the Americans with Dr. Seuss being the artist. Rare, we cannot find a single other example of this poster anywhere.
