Coney Island Luna Park British War Relief Day

$350.00

One we have never seen before. Luna Park at Coney Island had a British war relief day where a gala was held for their opening day in 1941. There is no year, but we know it’s 1941 because the only time May 29th was on a Thursday during the war was in 41. The poster is surrounded with the names of Luna Parks most famous rides at the time. Admission to the park was free, and tickets sold for the rides would give 40% of sales to the British.
