Gee Bee original Art Work For B-26 Nose Art by Elwood Thompson
An amazing and one of a kind original artwork by Sgt. Elwood Thompson. He was commissioned to do nose art for B-26 Marauders in 1944. He made several different kinds, all of which ended up on the noses of the famed wwii aircraft’s. He had drawn a sketch of each one before painting them on the planes. This is the only known anti axis one that he did.
