Shows returning servicemen from the army and navy, with a sailor on crutches, and the slogan “Care Is Costly- They Finnished Their Job, Let’s Finish Ours”. This would be hung up in a town square in the Philadelphia area. We can’t find another example anywhere.

Condition- very good, some toning, water staining at bottom. No tears with all grommets.
