The war of the ballots! This 1936 poster by Mobilgas shows th two major political party mascots, elephant for the Republicans and Donkey for the Democrats, agreeing that Mobilgas is the way to go! This political theme had relevance in 1936, as it was the election year when Franklin D. Roosevelt beat Alf Landon. Found in an attic in Montana, we cannot find a single other example anywhere.

Condition- very good. Light staining up top, a bit of toning, some flaking/chipping along bottom right and top left edges. Small tear right side near bottom. All repaired with acid free archival tape on verso.
